**Responsibilities**:

- Our Client was established in 2010 to serve high-end car owners, they provides a wide range of detailing and restoration solutions for both end consumers and our corporate clients. They provide the full range of services from their flagship studio in Damansara, and serve a few corporate partners as their Authorised Detailer to prep all their vehicles and services their clientele as well.
- Position: Operations Supervisor
- Location: Damansara Perdana
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Retail Operations Supervisor will oversee every aspect of daily operations in RV showrooms covering its full range of products and services for its customers and corporate clients.
- Display passionate commitment towards delivering exceptional standards of customer service and driving high levels of sales to achieve all business targets and KPIs.
- Manage store employees, including hiring and recruitment, performance evaluation, process scheduling and assignment of duties, training, coaching and ongoing development of the team to build a capable, trusted and reliable workforce.
- Develop and implement motivational and engagement programmes for all staff members to ensure high morale and transparency through regular team meetings and periodic one-to-one consultations that support an open communication policy.
- Responsible for the induction and development of the team by providing on the job training, technical skills upgrade, assessment of progress, thorough written reviews and probationary counsel depending on the needs and requirements of each individual staff.
- Identify and proactively manage any poor performance issues using appropriate company policies to correct and mitigate any potential problems that may negatively affect the company’s business relations or market reputation.
- Comply with customer Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) regulations relevant to the business and ensure correct practice is adhered to at all times.
- Build a good supportive relationship with customers, suppliers, business partners and the Management team.
- Deputize effectively for the Retail Sales Associate or any key management personnel in their absence to ensure optimum business continuity and mínimal disruption to daily operations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Posses own transport and willing to travel.
- Applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Proven working experience in retail sales and operation.
- Basic understanding of sales and retail operation principles.
- Proficient in both written and spoken in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus and detail-oriented.
- Basic administration skills and experience in using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

- Basic: RM4,000 - RM5,000
