Production Supervisor

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1) Review production schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, specifications of products and cycle time in order to plan department operations.

2) Plan production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.

3) Monitor all processes to detect variation and take appropriate action to correct deviations.

4) Lead a group of Production Operators and Line Leaders in achieving production and quality goals.

5) Close monitoring of operators’ attitude, discipline and full adherence to standard operating procedures.

6) Train and upgrade subordinate knowledge, job skill and work effectively and attend to subordinate attendance and grievances.

7) Maintain good employee relations and atmosphere with a high standard for safety and housekeeping.

8) Ensure that manpower is properly utilized so as to reduce bottleneck in the production in the production lines.

9) Prepare and review daily production report on output, yield (%), and attendance.

10) Machine setting and confirm the machine condition before running new product and do minor repairing if the machine have faulty.

**REQUIREMENT**

1) **Education level**:
Possess minimum Diploma in any field.

2) **Skill**:
a. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

b. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to interface effectively with other departments.

c. Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
