As a Tech School Tutor at Agmo Junior, you will play a vital role in training and inspiring young minds at the age of 5 to 17, in the fields of coding, robotics, and other emerging technologies. You will be responsible for delivering engaging educational programs that foster creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Your primary focus will be on conducting classes, and providing guidance to students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive and engaging lessons to students, using a variety of teaching methodologies appropriate for different age groups and skill levels.
- Guide and mentor, providing constructive feedback and support for students.
- Collaborate with other tutors and educators to share best practices, exchange ideas.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of Agmo Junior's educational programs.
- Participate in training sessions and development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Must have own transport.
- Fluent English required; Mandarin is a plus.
- Must be able to work during the weekend.
- Teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patient, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Good organisational and time management skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
