**ADMIN CLERK**

**Job Scope**
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
- Maintain proper records and filing for easy reference and auditing purposes.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to track the progress of tasks and ensure completion within deadlines.
- Performing data entry and other general office duties as assigned by seniors

**Requirement & Skill**
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in related field
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS Excel, in particular)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia** (written and spoken), advance in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good understanding and strong human relation skills
