Responsibilities:

2. Quality Control and Assurance:Testing: Oversee testing procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.Compliance: Ensure products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements.Quality Improvement: Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

3. Regulatory Compliance:Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to product development, ingredient sourcing, and regulatory compliance.Compliance Management: Stay abreast of regulatory changes, ensuring products meet legal requirements in various regions.

4. Team Management:Supervision: Lead a team of chemists and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.Project Management: Coordinate projects, set goals, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

5. Collaboration:Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams to align product development with market demand and production capabilities.Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for sourcing high-quality raw materials.

6. Safety and Sustainability:Safety Protocols: Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for the team.Sustainable Practices: Explore and integrate sustainable practices into product development and manufacturing processes.

Skills and Qualifications:Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of skincare and toiletries formulations, ingredients, and manufacturing processes.Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with regulations and other global standards.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze product formulations, conduct quality tests, and interpret results.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities to guide and inspire the team.Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
