**JOB SUMMARY**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist in data entry and maintenance of accounting records.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Support monthly closing processes and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding billing matters.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
