Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Arrange and sanitize pool chairs, towels, and equipment.
- Monitor guests for adherence to safety rules and report any issues to lifeguards or management.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including checking chemical levels if required.
- Distribute and collect towels and poolside amenities.
- Respond to guest inquiries and assist with poolside services.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
- Enforce pool rules and policies professionally and courteously.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or poolside roles is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Basic knowledge of pool safety and hygiene regulations (lifeguard certification is a plus but not always required).

Physically fit and able to lift/move pool furniture.

Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:
First Aid and CPR certification.

Experience in a hotel, resort, or recreational facility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,950.00 per month
