Route Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule drivers to pick up parcels from merchants
- Monitor driver activity and identify potential failures to activate contingency recovery plan
- Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate pick up needs based on priority
- Monitor drivers’ working hours and equipment availability
- Act as communication liaison between driver and merchants
- Cultivate strong relationship between driver and merchant to reduce stress that comes with last minute arrangements and changes
- Monitor road condition and traffic changes; and work with drivers to establish new route for timely pick up
- Perform audit & observe couriers behaviour on the route and identify opportunities for improvements
- Manage merchants pickup request via system escalation & communication

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Diploma graduate and above
- Must be fully vaccinated (2+1 doses)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Strong knowledge of area and roadways
- Ability to work in team environment in fast paced surroundings
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office
- Good understanding and command of English, Bahasa Malaysia

- Working Day : 6 day + 1 off day
- Working Hours : 9 Hours
- Contract : 6 Months + 6 Months
- Qualification : Minimum Diploma & Degree

**Salary**: RM2,100.00 per month
