**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Program Managers in planning and scheduling projects.
- Coordinate meetings, track actions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Monitor project milestones, update tracking systems, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation (timelines, reports, meeting minutes).
- Facilitate communication across departments including engineering, operations, procurement, and QA.
- Track budgets, resource allocation, and project expenditures.
- Ensure all programs align with internal processes, standards, and compliance policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in program or project coordination, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors.
- Proficient in MS Office tools; experience with project tracking software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA) is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

**Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM5,000**
- Location: Senai, Johor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
