**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Preparation of full set accounts (monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports). Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of account
- Responsible for performing the day-to-day general ledger accounting, closing, and financial reporting and analysis on a timely and accurate basis
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monthly schedule (eg: fixed assets listing, prepayment, accruals listing & etc)
- Hands-on experience in handling taxation and statutory accounts; liaising with external auditors, tax agents, governments, and other professional bodies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Prepare budget, cash flow projection and petty cash
- To communicate with all levels for daily related tasks
- Undertake any other tasks or ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned by the Management
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- E-invoice submission

**Qualifications & experience**
- At least 3 years of working experience in tax, audit, or accounts
- Able to handle a full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities independently
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, SQL
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
