**DJI Malaysia is hiring Sales Associate**
**Location: IoI City Mall, Putrajaya**

**Salary Range: up to RM4,000 - RM 5,500 (Basic + Commission)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Training, and overseeing new staff.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Preparing detailed reports on staff schedule and other general reports.
- Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma qualification or at least 1 year of retail experience.
- Fresh graduate student are welcome to apply.
- Self-motivated, target driven and passionate in the sales & services industry.
- The right attitude and interest to learn & grow in the retail industry.
- Humble and willing to learn.
- Must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
