**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Experience and Familiar with Cambridge Syllabus both IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education and A-Level (AS & A2).
- 2. Able to develop and effectively guide the student the related International Examination Papers.
- 3. To create and manage a caring, supportive, purposeful and stimulating environment which is conducive for children's learning.
- 4. To plan and prepare lessons in order to deliver the Cambridge syllabus.
- 5. To identify clear teaching objectives and learning outcomes, with appropriate challenge and high expectations.
- 6. To ensure the best achievement of International General Certificate of Second Examination (IGCSE) and A Level.
- 7. To maintain good order and discipline among the pupils, safeguarding their health and safety.
- 8. To organize and manage groups or individual pupils ensuring differentiation of learning needs, reflecting all abilities.
- 9. To plan opportunities to develop the social, emotional and cultural aspects of pupils' learning.
- 10. To maintain a regular system of monitoring, assessment, record-keeping and reporting of children's progress.
- 11. To prepare appropriate records for the transfer of pupils.
- 12. To ensure effective use of support staff within the classroom, including parent helpers.
- 13. To participate in staff meetings as required.
- 14. Contribute to the development and co-ordination of a particular area of the curriculum.
- 15. To be part of a whole school team, actively involved in decision-making on the preparation and development of policies and programme of study, teaching materials, resources, methods of teaching and pastoral arrangements.
- 16. To ensure that school policies are reflected in daily practice.
- 17. To communicate and consult with parents over all aspects of their children's education, academic, social and emotional.**Benefits**:
