**Job Summary**:
**Responsibility**:
1. Live Stream Strategy & Planning

2. Live Host Management & Performance Optimization
- Schedule, leave arrangement, performance report and commission report.
- Review host at least once per week.
- Recruit, training, product knowledge development to live host.
- KPI included sales, attendance, performance of live host.
- Arrange live host schedule to maximise their non-live hours with shooting / live teaser
- Live room and equipment set up before go live
- Sample inbound and outbound record

3. Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

4. Collaboration & Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with the **marketing, e-commerce, and product teams** to ensure smooth operations of live campaigns.
- Align live streaming strategies with the company’s sales and marketing objectives

5. Manage Company Self Affiliate Account
- Repeat no.2

6. Daily posting social media TikTok account video (done by content team, only posted by Live HOD)

**Ad-hoc**

1. New Joiner on-boarding

2. Pantry supplies top up monthly

3. Shooting talent ( if needed )

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Strong background in data analysis, including interpreting analytics and making data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience in managing live hosts, scheduling, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, Facebook Live, or other live-selling platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Passion for live commerce, content creation, and sales growth.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing trends.
- Advantage if used to be live host senior and provided training to other live host.
- General Excel skills.
- Good attendance and willing to support if any crisis happened.

Pay: RM2,010.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
