The overall essence of the Supervisor is to lead and drive the sales team / store to achieve the sales target. To ensure that the ECCO store(s) team are highly motivated and execute excellent service standards while ensuring sales growth in value and pairs. The Supervisor is responsible for the image and service offered by the ECCO sales team and to groom and mentoring ECCO service ambassadors. The role is to ensure that the ECCO culture, concepts, standards and guidelines are clear to all retail members and facilitate that best practice and operational excellence is being achieved.

**Sales**
- Provide customers with excellent customer service in accordance to ECCO Brand Ambassador guidelines.
- Suggest recommendations for change and improvements to maximize sales potential.
- Maintain high level of service and service skills and Mystery Shopper score achievement.
- Develop quarterly sales/action plan.
- Lead the team to achieve sales targets set and KPIs.

**People Management**
- Lead and motivated the sales team.
- Supervise and attend to staff or customers issues.
- Mentor and coach (on the job training) of the sales team.

**Inventory Management**
- Monitor sales and ensure optimal stocks level in order to achieve sales objective.
- Maintain optimal merchandise display for stores.
- Stock room maintenance and efficiency planning.
- Stock loss controls and checks.
- Assist in investigation of stocks discrepancies if any.

**Store Operations**
- Ensure retail SOPs and store SOPs practiced.
- Maintain brand and concept store image.
- Uphold the ECCO service experience standard to our customers.
- Ensure the excellent up-keeping of selling space in accordance to ECCO guidelines.
- Maintain merchandise and visual displays in accordance to ECCO guidelines.
- Plan and review staff roster and ensure adequate staff to achieve manpower efficiency including attendance and punctuality of staff.
- Assist to attend after sales service and customers’ feedback.

**Sales Analysis/Reporting.**
- Identify and implement strategies to drive sales and consistently grow customer base.
- Consolidate information from retail sales staff and feedback to the direct manager during weekly meeting.

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title of Supervisor.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
