We're on the hunt for a bright and enthusiastic **Junior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive** to join our Finance department, right here in the bustling heart of Damansara Perdana. **Responsibilities:

**1. Accounts Management**:

- Manage Core Accounting Operations_ - Dive into the heart of our finances by handling accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger entries.

**2. Financial Report & Analysis**:

- Shape Business Decisions_ - Sharpen your skills by preparing financial reports and offering analytical insights that drive our success.

**3. General Ledger & Reconciliation**:

- Keep Cash Flow Thriving_ - Process payments, manage reconciliations, and prepare cash flow reports to ensure everything runs smoothly.

**4. Taxation & Compliance**:

- Ensure financial integrity_ - Support audit and tax compliance efforts, playing a key role in maintaining our standards.

**5. Operational Support**:

- Focus on day-to-day activities_ - Ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to operational satisfaction and revenue growth.

**6. System Implementation & Internal Control**:

- Fuel Our Growth_ - Help implement new systems and refine processes as we expand in the fast-paced F&B sector.

**7. Inventory & Documentation**:

- Optimize Resources_ - Get hands-on with inventory and asset management, including stock takes and fixed asset updates

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance
- Have basic accounting background
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

**Location**:
Damansara Perdana (preferred)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
