The Sales Assistant plays a key role in supporting the sales team by assisting customers, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring a smooth operation of the sales process. The role involves direct interaction with customers, product management, and administrative support to drive sales and meet company's goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service & Sales Support**:

- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Assist customers and ensure positive customer experience that meet their needs.
- Answer customer queries regarding product availability and prices.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist team with product promotions, sales targets, and customer outreach.
- Participate in upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase sales.
- Support in achieving yearly sales targets.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Assist with inventory audits and stock organization.
- Stay informed on the company’s products, services, and promotions.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about products.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized and properly stocked.
- Assist in event setting up displays as per company guidelines.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in tracking customer orders and maintaining customer records.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work with other team members to ensure sales goals are met and customer needs are addressed.
- Take initiative to learn and handle work task.
- Proactively in communicating, support each other and contribute to the team’s success.

Working Station: Close to Sepang International Circuit

Industry: Motorsport

Written and spoken languages**:Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia**

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm

(Expectation of working on weekends during race events followed by leave replacement)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
