We are a pioneer in Malaysia rubber glove industry with over 30 years manufacturing experience, and we specialized in the manufacture of unsupported rubber gloves (Natural Rubber, Nitrile and Neoprene) for general household and industrial use. **Our Mission** To bring safety to every humans' hands. **Our Vision** To become the preferred brand in hand protection globally; and to be recognised as a caring company to the community and environment. **Our Values** - Integrity - Caring - Growth mindset - Deliver "WOW" **Job Summary** To performs administrative duties and verifies the inventory of the Warehouse Department. **_ Key Accountabilities_** - To check quantity received from supplier with the quantity delivered on Delivery Order (DO). - To ensure all account document given by lorry driver are returned to store with proper chop & signed. - To update daily incoming stock quantity into SAP system or other warehousing timely. - Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control. - To ensure all supporting documents are properly filed & maintained. - Assist person in charge to maintain the arrangement of the chemical and main store. - To coordinate and control the stock movement, any difference must be reconciled, and explanation obtained should be reported. - Handling to packing e-commerce order. - Assist on container loading and unloading with Storekeeper and operator. - Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time. **_ Other Responsibilities_** 1. To carry out 5S practices - To take care of 5S in the work area. - To implement and improve 5S performance of the team 2. To perform monthly stock take - To perform monthly and yearly stock take. **Requirement**: - Possess at least a Diploma in Supply Chain/Warehousing/Business Studies/Business Management or equivalent. - At least 3 years relevant working experience. - Experienced on using warehouse system such as SAP B1. - Manage to turn around store business. - Implemented relevant store activities in growing the customer base. - Independent on relevant research and analysis. - Technical Competencies : Office 365 Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook. - A good team player and trustworthy. - Results oriented, responsible and takes ownership. - Willingness to learn and improve. - If this isn't the job for you, but perhaps you have a friend who would be a perfect fit.
