Property Executive

**Job description**:

- Overall in charge of the end to end Site Acquisition scope.
- Providing overall support in terms of property management.
- To study and identify suitable location according to client's requirements and negotiate with landowners.
- Prepare necessary documentation for site acquisition.
- Handle documentation and submission to relevant local authorities.
- Liaise and prompt follow up with various parties i.e consultants, landowners, local authorities and clients.
- Provide site updates to the head of the Acquisition Department on a regular basis.
- Work as park of a team to ensure all company procedures and quality standard are achieved.

**Job Requirement**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Possess competent knowledge in related area.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work independently and in a team.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
