**Role Summary**:
The **ABAP for SAP HANA Developer** will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying SAP ABAP solutions to align with business strategies using HANA/S/4HANA technologies. The role involves collaborating with clients or onshore teams, handling code reviews, bug fixing, and optimizing system performance. Additionally, the developer will work on standardizing HR Payroll processes across multiple countries and supporting the technical upgrade from SAP ECC to SAP HCM for S/4HANA H4S4, ensuring a smooth project go-live in 6 months.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Participate in software lifecycle phases (analysis, design, implementation, testing).
- Standardize HR Payroll systems across countries (MY, SG, ID, TH).
- Support technical upgrades and SAP HCM deployment.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of SAP ABAP experience.
- 6 months of hands-on experience with SAP Suite on HANA or S/4HANA.
- Experience in SAP upgrade projects (Unicode conversion, SPAU/SPDD, etc.).
- Knowledge of ABAP OOP, coding standards, and cloud qualities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: RM7,004.53 - RM19,499.78 per month
