Bell Boy

**Job Summary**:
The Bell Boy is responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, ensuring a warm welcome and departure experience, and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay. The role requires strong communication skills, physical stamina, and a professional attitude to maintain the hotel's high service standards.

**Key Responsibilities:Guest Assistance**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage transport to and from their rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief introduction to hotel amenities.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as transportation, restaurant recommendations, and directions.

**Luggage Handling & Storage**:

- Load and unload guest luggage from vehicles safely.
- Store and retrieve luggage in a secure manner when required.
- Keep an accurate record of stored luggage and ensure proper tagging.

**Hotel Services & Coordination**:

- Deliver messages, packages, and other guest requests promptly.
- Assist with room changes by transporting luggage efficiently.
- Maintain communication with the front desk and concierge for guest assistance.

**Lobby & Guest Areas**:

- Ensure the hotel entrance, lobby, and luggage storage areas are clean and organized.
- Assist in keeping the bell desk area well-maintained.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent.
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

**Skills & Competencies**:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong physical stamina for carrying luggage.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
