Administrative Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Admin Role
- Responsible for general administration functions of the department.
- Perform general secretarial assignments.
- Coordinate between departments in resolving daily administrative and operational issues.
- Managing the office supplies and facility equipment.
- Maintain proper filing system, both in soft copy and hard copy, to ensure effective documents controls for retrieval.
- Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare regular reports on timely basis.
- Manage and execute related company policies and compliances that applicable for department operation.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
2. Operations Role
- Responsible for logistics support functions of the business. These included communication with customers, documentation preparation and data analysis.
- Coordinate between site operations in resolving daily administrative issues.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in palm oil industry and with ISO documentation experience would be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be computer literate and ability to effectively manage paperwork.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently, good working attitude, initiative, responsibility and trustworthy.
- Required language(s)**:English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin**.
