RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- To supervise and handle the production operation and lead the production team to achieve company goals.
- To train operators for any new processes and to ensure operators compliance to process steps/requirements.
- Update daily production output vs target and identify area of improvement and the actions to achieve production target/goals.
- To arrange and manage man power to ensure production line can run smoothly.
- To improve productivity and minimize production rejects/scrap/waste.
- Others as per superior or manager request.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Diploma or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry, experience in automotive field will be an added advantages.
- Availability to work OT when is needed.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an added advantages.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
