- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation regulations in the outlet
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

**; Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills
- Coffee lover with strong passion in brewing, coffee and beverages (Trainings will be provided with certifications)
- Friendly, Positive attitude, Self-Disciplined and Willing to learn
- Comfortable to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
- Good punctuality and attendance.
- No experience or less than 1 year of experience in coffee brewing are welcomed (We Will Train You)
- Able to start work in early February
