**Job description**

We are looking for a competitive Property Sales Executive to help us to continue to build up our business activities.

Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to promote our product, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help customers finding their dream home and at the same time to contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Sales Manager with regard to sales requirements and to follow-up with the Lead Generation (tool system) for confirm sales
- Attend customers enquiries and advise customers in order to discover their desire property; then find properties that meet the customer needs
- Consistently develop new customer and market opportunities
- To collaborate with team members on all sales strategies & plans to achieve the desirable results
- Focusing on actively engaging with company Roadshow/Carnivals and Expo and developing relationship through customer servicing, aiming at helping our buyers to make right decision in purchase of property.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
**Job Requirements**
- Fresh graduates with working experiences in Sales / fast pace related industries are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in Sales relevant role
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Able to work independently and blends well in a team
- Working Days: Mon - Friday (9am - 6pm) and Alternate Saturday / Sunday (9am-1pm)
- Willing to be based in Sri Iskandar, Perak

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,523.00 - RM5,433.00 per month
