**IT Project Manager (Infrastructure)**

Description

We are looking for a technology enthusiast for a challenging IT career and focus on medium to largescale infrastructure projects and cloud related initiatives which will be part of our digital transformation journey to optimize our operations and transform our business and realize the value of undertaking the cloud journey with
**KIBB Management.
Responsibility
- To plan project budget, timeline, and activities in alignment with the project scope defined by the IT project owners and/or business
- Prepare project management deliverables such as business case, project plans, project status reports, project implementation plan
- Handle project tender exercise and co-ordinate with extended teams of compliance, audit, legal and risk management teams that requires by the project
- Co-operate and responsible to work with relevant functional, business, and cross-functional teams in the project lifecycle, communicates with impacted **KIBB management** and employees involved and impacted by the project
- Co-ordinate and co-operate with external partner(s) involved in project feasibility study and project implementations
- You will manage the delivery of IT related projects of different business areas and participate in the implementation of IT initiatives defined in the IT project portfolios
- Manage projects in accordance and compliance with **Kenanga Group's relevant policy and procedures** as well as the set Cloud standards, guidelines of security, governance to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

- Possess problem-solving mind-set and search for solutions and not wrongdoers
- Possess strong risk management mentality to foresee potential risk in project and take pre-emptive mitigation plan

Qualifications
- Higher diploma or bachelor's degree in computing science or related fields
- Good knowledge and possess **5+ years of experience in project management** (PMP, Prince2, Waterfall) methodologies, preferably in IT field (Infrastructure/Cloud Computing/Service Management)
- Knowledge of managing cloud, server, storage, security, backup, networks, or cloud migration projects will be an advantage
- Knowledge and has working experience in Financial Industry will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Project, MS Excel, SharePoint) and other project management tools will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
