**Responsibilities**:

- Create and deliver accurate playlist schedules to required deadlines.
- Make accurate break patterns, commercial breaks and/or opt-outs.
- Create daily/weekly/monthly playlists for playout and transmission.
- Liaise with playout facility.
- Ensure playout and transmission are in accordance with daily/weekly/monthly playlist with the linear media operations team.
- Maintain related databases.
- Liaise with commercial traffic department or external ad agencies.
- Manage and resolve scheduling issues on an ad hoc basis.
- Take full responsibility for managing assigned feed(s).
- Work closely with other departments within the channel management groups and attend meetings as required.
- Circulate transmission reports within and outside department to monitor performance.
- Monitor clients’ campaigns to ensure that they are hitting all the relevant targets.
- Provide general assistance and support to the Head of Department.

**Requirement**:

- Possess minimum SPM certificate or equivalent.
- Well-versed in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe editing software.
- Experience with MS Excel and databases.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of music scheduling systems, desirable but not necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
