Responsibilities:
1. Take weight every load/material in and out. Receive & key in data for all receiving ,outgoing or internal weighing. Highlight if any problem or variance at weighbridge.

2. Properly record, file and secure all buying & selling contract records. Updated all relevant data. Prepare all documents as GRN, Memo, DO, Invoice, Cash Sales and stock report by daily, weekly or monthly. Update monthly for buying & selling record.

3. Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when assign by superior. (Multitask and fast learner)

4. Performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting and support of business operations eg answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, and serving drinks.

5. Able to work under pressure and have flexibility in tasks allocation and open minded to accept new technologies and changes.

**Requirements**:
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Chinese literacy is an

advantage)

3. Working experience in weighing system is an advantage

4. Have Basic Microsoft excel, Microsoft office an Accounting Software is an advantage.

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM2,481.61 per month
