**Reports To**:
- Assistance Manager, Maintenance Services
**Role Purpose**:
- Manage effective maintenance program for ground support equipment through development of preventive and predictive maintenance instructions based on manufacturers’ recommendations and good maintenance practice.
**Key Accountability**:
- Plan and coordinate effective maintenance program in GSE database (scheduled, preventive and periodic maintenance) equipment maintained by GSED in producing daily serviceability reports, chase vendor on status and condition of outsource repair, establish and administer control.
- Conduct maintenance program changes from unscheduled maintenance, trends or on requests, in line with the relevant, maintenance program philosophy and evaluation of Service Bulletins and modification for incorporation.
- Maintain valid AVP for equipment in ensure equipment requiring renewal of JPJ and MAB permits are scheduled and liaise with MAHB inspector and required documents for AVP renewal.
- Maintain data and historical record on all ground support equipment by GSED in KLIA and Line Stations as per C Works or equivalent system and ensure job cards closed, Man hours and material usage captured.
- Ensure BU comply with established preventive maintenance schedule, produce weekly and monthly summary of planned vs actual compliance GSE undergoing PMC and MAB check as per Maintenance Planning Schedule
- Perform analysis of delays, accidents, incidents and monitor trends after implementation of corrective actions.
- Act as the representative of GSED during fleet reliability and maintenance program meetings and seminars, audits internal and external (MAB, ADS QASS, and FOCA)
- Responsible for resources planning in ensure sufficient resources availability and optimal of available resources, supervise subordinates’ performance, job functions and plan staff development programs.
- Ensure high standard of quality, safety, security, health and environment at all times, safe working environments adequacy of proper tools and equipment, office arrangement and facilities improve productivity and better working condition.
- Carry out other related duties when delegated by the superior and attend relevant meetings in the absence of the superior.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Degree in any related field with 2 years’ experience in aviation industry and/or airport operations.
- SPM - with at least 4 years’ experience in aviation industry and/or airport operations
**Skills & Knowledge**:
- Strong leadership quality and decision making in daily operation matters.
- Good knowledge in aviation industry and/or airport operations and communication skills.
- Ability to manage, track, measure, and deal with challenges efficiently with control.
