**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and proactive **Marketing & Video Content Creator** to develop compelling content and marketing materials for our housing projects. This role involves creating engaging videos for Facebook and TikTok, planning social media content strategies, and supporting overall marketing efforts for both digital and offline channels.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Video Content Creation**
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos showcasing housing projects (site progress, completed units, testimonials, lifestyle, etc.)
- Produce short-form content for platforms like **Facebook, Instagram Reels, and TikTok**:

- Ensure all video content is aligned with branding and marketing goals

**2. Social Media Marketing**
- Develop creative and consistent **content calendars** for Facebook and TikTok
- Brainstorm and execute ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and trends
- Monitor analytics and suggest improvements to enhance reach and engagement

**3. Marketing Material Development**
- Design and produce marketing materials such as **brochures, flyers, bunting, booth visuals, and digital ads**:

- Assist in creating **PowerPoint decks, company profiles, and sales kits**:

- Ensure all materials reflect the brand identity of Visi Lagenda

**4. Project Collaboration**
- Coordinate with sales and site teams to gather updates for content creation
- Attend project sites for filming, interviews, and event coverage
- Work closely with management to align content with strategic direction

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
- Experience managing Facebook Pages and TikTok accounts for business
- Strong sense of creativity and storytelling, especially for housing/property content
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing trends

**Added Advantage**:

- Knowledge in real estate or housing development industry
- Photography or graphic design skills
- Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)

Pay: RM1,329.51 - RM3,615.17 per month

Schedule:

- On call

Work Location: In person
