**Management Trainee Program Job Summary (Full Time)**

Embark on a journey with our 6-month paid on-job Management Trainee Program designed to craft future leaders adept in all aspects of business management. This venture promises not just a job but a pathway to a fulfilling career with hands-on experience in the e-mobility and scuba diving industries, including international internships in Bali and Singapore.

At Bater Maison Pte Ltd, ADA Group Ptd Ltd, and Eko Life Pte Ltd, we spearhead the revolution in the e-mobility and scuba diving sectors, pushing boundaries in the SME business landscape. We are pooling our strengths to foster the next generation of leaders who are passionate about business management, with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the fascinating realms of e-mobility and underwater exploration.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Engage in immersive learning experiences spanning different business units including finance, operations, marketing, and HR.
- Contribute to high-impact projects in the scuba diving and e-mobility sectors.
- Collaborate with experienced mentors, absorbing wisdom and understanding the intrinsic details of business leadership.
- Thrive in diverse teams during your overseas internships, learning to navigate different cultural landscapes while gaining invaluable industry knowledge.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- A degree from a recognized university, preferably in business management or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with less than 2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Passionate about the SME business environment, with a keen interest in scuba diving and/or e-mobility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively.

**Commitment**
- Environment: On-site and requires traveling
- Per week: 6 days work week
- Flexible schedule changes may be required
