**Sales management**:

- Support Store Manager in achieving sales target by following store sales plan and managing daily, weekly and monthly sales operation
**Product management**:

- Responsible for new product and visual merchandising
- Responsible for tracking product sell through
- Effectively control and manage inventory
- Routinely report sales to store manager

**Operation management**:

- Monitor daily shift work and ensure smooth store operation
- Ensure store operation under company standard process and procedure
**People management**:

- Coach and train sales associates, ensuring that sales associate is able to complete tasks independently
- Daily store operation work

**Requirements**:

- Have experience in retail
- Ability to provide leadership, motivate and develop staff through company values
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be proactive to drive sales by creating selling opportunities
- Strong merchandising skills with the ability to drive the business through creativity and extensive fashion knowledge
- Ability to provide feedback in a constructive and professional way
- Ability to handle conflict and resolve problems constructively
- Able to do shift work, station in store

LOCATION:
Pavilion, Mid Valley, Sunway, 1Utama

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
