1、协助导演与其他部门建立连接，包括不限于制片、置景、道具、妆造等部
门的沟通工作
2、协助导演确定现场上下场次的对接以及拍摄具体细节
3、负责现场场记、整理监视器等设备
4、有一定的摄影常识和布光尝试
5、具有良好的创新思维和良好的艺术构图感觉
6、为人踏实、勤奋、有责任感、敬业、吃苦耐劳，能适应各种拍摄条件，有团队合作精神
