**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible to sell products or services to the walk-in customer as per their demand or specification.
- Demonstrate use and show operation of the product, make suggestions and encourage purchase, provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise. Must have through knowledge of each item present in store.
- Being polite, friendly and helpful to the customer and assisting them in understand about product or service in detail.
- Calculate sales discount to determine price.
- Provide sales administrative support to sales team inclusive of preparing quotation, sales invoice, delivery order & others relevant document.
- Support the sales team & work closely with them to manage customer orders.
- Liaise with stock member to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide customer historical records & distributing monthly reports to sales team.
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation sales report to management.
- Keep the showroom all products label with price tags, make sure clean and orderly.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Must process at least a SPM and above education level.
- Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills
- Key accountabilities: independent, self-confidence, positive mentality, motivated and committed to a long term career growth.
- Must be computer literate for MS Office (Words, Excel)

- Training will be provided.
- Must able to communicate with and writes in Mandarin ( Due to nature of business )
