To responsible for receiving orders from overseas customers and from HQ.
To arrange shipping schedule based on customers’ requirement.
To responsive to customers’ requirements / inquiries that related to shipment arrangement and ensure customer's requirement are met.
To responsible to arrange timely delivery / shipment according to shipping schedule.
To collaborate with internal and external parties for customer delivery / shipment arrangement.
To follow up the shipping documents, and ensure all document are completed and delivered to customers on time.
To interact with forwarders for the vessel booking and solve any containers / shipments matter.
To negotiate with Forwarder on freight rates and vessel bookings for export shipments and to verify invoices from these service providers.
To prepare weekly report, monthly Sales reports and other report as requested
Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Degree in Business or Marketing or related qualification
- 2-3 years of working experience in related field
- An adventurous spirit ready to explore new challenges.
- Proven oral and written communication abilities
- Strong negotiation skills are often a plus, as is analytical thinking with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking person)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
