**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing materials, schedule appointment throught whatsapp etc.
- **Order Processing**: Handle order entry, monitor order progress, coordinate with production or inventory teams, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and sales team performance metrics.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular sales reports, track sales performance against targets, and assist in preparing analytical reports for management.
- **Inventory Coordination**: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse or logistics departments to manage inventory and fulfill orders efficiently.
- **Contract Management**: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining customer contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy of terms.
- **Database Management**: Update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with accurate customer data, notes from sales calls, and other relevant information.
- **Support Marketing Initiatives**: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist with promotional campaigns, such as helping organize events, manage mailing lists, and distribute marketing materials.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in an administrative or sales support role is advantageous.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective customer interaction and team coordination.
- **Organization and Multitasking**: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision in handling documents, records, and client information.
