Support agency force and other business channels (if any) to achieve their business goals by delivering high impact training modules.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

- Work with the Faculty Head and team in curriculum design, module’s development project and support training roll out.
- Design training program based on business results to be achieved, follow by meticulous tracking when vital.
- Deliver in-house training modules & follow up follow through for certain program.
- Master the required knowledge and skill as trainers and take ownership for self-development.
- Update and complete documentation of training materials.

Job Specification:

- Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training field, particularly in financial services industry.
- Experience in agency development will be an added advantage.
- Strong drive and influencing skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
- Good knowledge of training functions and good understanding of the operative aspects of insurance business.
