Eight Kreative Marketing is looking for an experienced and creative **Full-Time Videographer & Video Editor** to join our remote team. We’re looking for someone who can capture compelling visuals, create platform-specific edits, and deliver engaging content for a variety of premium clients across Singapore and Malaysia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture and edit high-quality video content for:

- Promotional brand videos
- Social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Event highlights and behind-the-scenes footage
- Plan and execute video shoots in collaboration with the creative team.
- Edit content tailored to the specific requirements of each platform:

- **Meta (Facebook/Instagram)**: attention-grabbing, square/vertical format with subtitles
- **TikTok**: trend-based, short-form videos with strong hooks and transitions
- **Xiaohongshu**: visually aesthetic edits with clear storytelling and simplified Chinese subtitles
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
- Maintain and organize video libraries and project files.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in videography and video editing (agency or freelance).
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content and brand videos.
- Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Deep understanding of content trends and user behavior on Meta, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
- Strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and editing precision.
- Able to work independently with good communication and time management skills.
- Owns a computer setup suitable for editing and has a stable internet connection.

**Preferred Skills (Bonus)**:

- Basic animation or motion graphics (Adobe After Effects or Canva).
- Familiarity with Chinese-language platforms and simplified Chinese subtitles.
- Comfortable with camera, lighting, and basic production gear.
- Ability to shoot on-site if required (occasionally, with prior notice).
