**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Assist in preparing financial reports and account statements
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
- Handle petty cash and daily expense records
- Support the finance team with audits and other accounting tasks
- Ensure all records comply with company policies and accounting standards
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, etc.)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience is an added advantage
