**Admin Internship Opportunity - Join Our Dynamic Team**
Location: Seberang Jaya, Penang ｜Working Hours: 8 hours/day ｜ Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months

**AiVA Vacation Lifestyle Sdn Bhd (Travelooker.club)** is seeking organized, detail-oriented, and motivated **Admin Interns** to support our growing operations team. This is a great opportunity to gain **hands-on business experience** in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within the travel tech industry.

**As an Admin Intern, you will gain experience in**:
**Operational Strategy** - Support the development and implementation of internal operational plans and strategies.
**Team Collaboration** - Work with cross-functional teams to assist in project coordination and workflow improvement.
**Business Administration** - Help address and resolve day-to-day operational issues to ensure smooth company activities.
**Data Management & Analysis** - Collect, organize, and analyze business data to generate insights that support decision-making and company growth.
- Diploma/degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual in **Mandarin and English** is a plus
