**Job Description**:

- To advise the project team including the Client, Consultants and subcontractors of the safety regulations such as the Factories & Machinery Act 1967, Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, Environmental Quality Act 1974 and other applicable statutory obligations by Local Authorities, Government Department and Agencies.
- Conduct **Safety Inductions** and **Toolbox Meetings** for all workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor daily project safety activities to ensure workers and subcontractors comply with safe work procedures and applicable safety regulations.
- Assist in conducting **safety audits** to ensure compliance with the company’s **Safety Management System**.
- Prepare and submit **monthly safety reports** to the Client and JKKP.
- Collect, record, and maintain statistics related to accidents, near misses, dangerous occurrences, occupational poisoning, or diseases at the project site.
- Perform additional duties as required to support overall safety management at the site.
- Support company-wide **ISO 9001:2015** implementation and comply with the Quality Manual requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **DOSH-Registered Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book Holder)**:

- Strong knowledge of Malaysia’s safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Experience in monitoring site activities and conducting safety briefings.
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and enforce safety rules effectively.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perak Tengah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
