1.1 Provide general administrative and operational support to the Executive and/or Manager.

1.2 Duties include general administrative and accounting duties including data entry, invoicing, issuing vouchers and handling petty cash as and when required.

1.3 Ensure the accuracy of book keeping and accounting records are to be correctly updated into accounting system and documented. To assist in preparation of full set accounts and audit submissions.

1.4 To serve as the insurance agent (under Tokio Marine) as and when required for the company’s vehicles & general insurance. This includes quotations, issuance of cover notes, invoicing, payments & billings

1.5 To act as receptionist, answer telephone calls and transfer to appropriate staff member. Meet and greet clients and visitors.

1.6 Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.

1.7 Perform general clerical duties: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and any other duties assigned.

1.8 To do purchasing job, deal with supplier, reorder stock when necessaries.

1.9 Able to make product research to get the best supplier at the best quality and price

1.10 Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management that related to accounting and purchasing

1.11 Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned and involving **SCS GROUP.**

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
