**Responsibilities**:

- To plan, develop and design an engaging and effective curriculum and lesson plans for the respective grade levels, and/or improve on existing curriculum.
- To engage various stakeholders to understand needs and curriculum objectives.
- To coordinate the review of all curriculum to ensure that the programmes meet the scope and requirements of the current syllabus.
- To set and develop training programmes for educators and teachers implementing the curriculum.
- To work collaboratively with various departments for plan and generate creative content to market programmes and events.
- Plan and facilitate lessons, keeping track of students’ progress.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

**Requirements**:

- 2 - 3 years of prior teaching experience.
- Extremely passionate about teaching and the education industry. Willing to join an entrepreneurial team and build from the ground-up.
- Able to work under pressure and is proactive.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin communication
- Team player. Able to quickly adapt to a new environment and possess a growth mindset.
- Willing to step out of the comfort zone. Eager to learn new things and personal development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
