**About the Role**

CBRE’s real Estate Accounting Services team, innovative and customized accounting services to 3,5000 clients, and 85,000 tenants, representing more than 1 billion square feet of commercial real estate at 12.000 properties. We provide accounting and Financial reporting services, with standard global control policies, procedures and integrated solutions that maximize portfolio insights for our clients.

**What You’ll Do**
- Responsible for preparing monthly depreciation and maintaining fixed asset register.
- Assist in payroll processing(GL) and perform month-end checks and reclassification.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy of accounting records for month-end closing.
- Process manual invoice (recharge) between Inter-company and post invoice and journals related to ICO.
- Ensure that all ICO journals are posted within MEC, check ICO confirmation with all intercompany entities to ensure no ICO variance.
- Perform monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation and check every outstanding items status, ensuring all items are cleared off as soon as possible.
- Act as prepay auditor and final approver for staff claims (Travel & Expenses).
- Process all requests received from Countries in accordance to Service Level Agreement.
- Timely response by providing solutions to internal customer queries.
- Complete the monthly closing in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, SSC processes and procedures.Any other scopes/tasks which may assign by the Manager.**What You’ll Need**
- LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Must be able to read and write in Korean and good spoken English.
- Organized, Tactful, Dependable, Analytical & Meticulous.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- A team player and able to promote team work among the team.
- Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge.
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and enthusiastic.
