**As a CE/CRM consultant, you will**:

- Cover all aspects of consulting - including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and training of end users utilising primarily Dynamics 365 or earlier Dynamics versions such 2016 and 2015.
- Be responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and design and configure data migration strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements that are aligned to business objectives and gain full understanding of current and future state business processes.
- Document ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents
- Liaise with developers and clients - act as a point of communication
- Be responsible for Quality Assurance & Documentation

**The requirements for this role include**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in designing and developing functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Microsoft CRM
- Over 3 years Dynamics CRM consultancy experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015
- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
- Microsoft SQL Server understanding would be an added advantage
- Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
