**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cash Handling**:

- Accurately handle cash transactions, including processing payments, giving change, and issuing receipts.
- Maintain the cash register and ensure it balances at the end of the shift.
- Handle credit card transactions.
- **Order Processing**:

- Verify the accuracy of orders before finalizing transactions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.

**Problem Resolution**:

- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with the management team to resolve complex problems and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
