**Responsibilities**:
**Description**

**Primary Objective**:

- Lead, manage and implement projects
- With budget between RM3 to 10 millions
- With team sizes less than 50 people
- Develop project plans (including schedule, scope, budget, resource, testing, deployment, etc.)
- Oversee and manage all phases of the project, incorporating project management best practice and guidelines in ensuring projects complete on time, within budget and meeting users' project objectives
- Managing internal resources, outsourced resources and third parties/vendors to ensure resource availability for smooth execution of projects
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and provide regular updates to Management, SBG/SFG Heads, PSC and PWG of the progress and performance of the project
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Lead and direct project team to ensure successful implementation of project on time and within the agreed scope and budget.
- Lead and direct projects classified as standard to medium.
- Engage with the Business users and the technical team members directly and manage all aspects of the project.
- Track project financial
- Manage vendors and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of
- program activities.
- Develop and manage scope, quality, costs and schedules.
- Oversee to ensure quality of deliverables
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones, deliverables and benefits per plan
- Identify risk and manage mitigation measures.
- Ensure timely escalation of project risks and issues for guidance and
- decision where necessary.
- Ensure proper facilities and resources are available within the project.
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to project team member where necessary
- Resolve escalated issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate project progress and statuses to Management & project team on a regular and timely basis
- Ensure compliance to all processes, audit and risk matters in the execution of IT Projects.
- Manage the monthly reporting and status updates, as and when needed to Group Project Management

**Requirements**:
Formal Education:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business or any related discipline

Professional Accreditation:

- Agile Professional Certification - Preferred
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
- PRINCE 2 Certification

Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):

- 4 - 9 years of relevant Project Management experience in managing software development projects
- Banking related work experience preferred
- Good interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
