**As a UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Work on projects across mobile and web platforms with rapid iterations
- Conceptualizing / wireframing / low and high-fidelity designs / user flows / prototyping / etc.
- Create enjoyable interactions
- Collaborate with team members (project managers, front end developers, and customer success) through the entire design and development process
- Translate metrics into meaningful user interfaces
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create user experiences that can be mapped directly to the user requirements of the project as well as clearly communicate the UX strategy

**You should have**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of UX design experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to access data.
- Proven experience of UX responsibilities on a project with an exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions.
- Empathy for the end-user, pushing for and thinking about the most meaningful user experience possible
- An online portfolio showcasing your skills and experience
- Knowledge of UX tools and effective communication skills to help you convey solutions
