Job Responsibilities: - Support Manager oversees the test result. - Ensure specific raw materials testing is carried out before use in production. - Ensure finished goods testing is carried out before release to the customer. - Sampling products offline and from packaged products when necessary. - Monitor the quality of rejected/reworked material. - Provide an adequately documented explanation of any non-conformance or concern about product quality. - Assist responsible parties in formulating corrective actions and preventive actions. - Ensure corrective action is being carried out to prevent recurrence. - Conduct all duties according to SOP’s. - Maintain QC records. - Inform team leader / operator immediately if a product is non-conforming or showing irregularities. - Assist in quality problem, customer complaints and supplier defects investigation. - Assist in sample testing request. - Assist in quality audit. - Involve in quality improvement project. - Ensure retained samples are kept in good condition and have good traceability. - Ensure on time calibration of all monitoring and measuring equipment. - Ensure all GMP and ISO9001 in practices. - Check all machine functions, i.e temperature and controls are all in good working order and condition. - Comply with safety requirements of materials used. - Maintain inspection and test records.
