a. Handling maintenance packing machine and troubleshooting, repair and service all type equipment, machines and air-conditional in the factory.

b. To assist shift officer & engineer and support on all engineering matters for production lines and other machinery and equipment.

c. To assist in ensuring effective periodic production lines and equipment’s maintenance records.

d. To ensure all machinery breakdowns and causes are record accordingly.

e. To carry out the activities on the Preventive Maintenance Schedule accordingly as planned.

f. To trouble-shoot, service and maintain all machinery and equipment to ensure machine on best operation condition by carry out factory machinery and premises maintenance.

g. To assist in checking and ensure all production equipment and other system is running as normal.

h. To set up equipment tree for all equipment to identify critical spare parts develop/ update PM and TPM task for new machine.

i. To assist in establish priority system so that technician & technician operator knows which jobs should be done first.

j. Appropriate and focused backlog of work is available and ready for implementation.

k. To train the new technicians, technician operator and intern students.

l. To review pending maintenance request job and ensure the technician & technician operator can finish job on time and completely.

m. To assist in ensuring the quantity of the maintenance spare parts are sufficient.

n. To assist in ensuring all check list is keep updating.

o. To ensure all the production lines run smoothly and minimize the production downtime.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing industries.
- Working in glove industry will be advantageous.
- Minimum have SKM, Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic or equivalent.
- Process on hand-on knowledge in electrical, control and instrumentation and good technical skills.
- Able to work in heavy and tough environment, shift workers (if needed) and OT

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
