**Main work content**:
1. Responsible for PR-PO end-to-end procurement: undertake procurement requests, issue Purchase Orders, follow up on supplier's goods/services delivery performance, and reconcile accounts and settlements;
2. Efficiently undertake small-value procurement, responsible for small-scale inviting tenders and contract negotiation, and conduct supplier selection and price rationality analysis;
3. Assist in resolving payment issues.

4. Have basic procurement process mindset, fully understand the procurement process and control points, provide clear process and compliance guidance to internal users and suppliers, and implement procurement policies and requirements;
6. Result-oriented, responsible for the team's key business indicators;
7. Have basic Data Analysis ability

8. Other Ad-hoc tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or above, related majors such as procurement, logistics, supply chain management, etc.
- More than 2 years of procurement related experience; Have certain understanding and practical experience in procurement process, supply chain management, contract management, etc.
- Good team player, good communication skill
- Language: English is must, Chinese is bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,467.22 - RM9,286.53 per month
